Introducing White Drop Cheese (formally Bella Stella).
We all want to say a special congratulations to Irma for her new branding! All the favourites (cheese, yogurt, kefir) are at our Co-op and as a bonus, she now packages her yogurt and kefir in glass containers! It is the same products that we all know and love! “German-born Irma was drawn to agriculture and cheese-making in the Swiss Alps in her mid-twenties. With her family of four children she immigrated to the Okanagan in 2011, starting their cheese-making business on their little acreage outside Lumby.”
