Meet Seth Armbruster, the owner of Sweet Haven Farms, located in Cherryville, BC. Seth is passionate about farming and growing healthy food, and was inspired to start growing microgreens in 2017 after watching videos of Curtis Stone from Green City Acres in Kelowna.

Microgreens pack major health benefits! They have 40 times more nutrient value than regular vegetables, making them the perfect addition to salads, smoothies, wraps and more.
